Environmental Initiatives

Contribute to the prevention of global warming by promoting the reduction of CO2 emissions through operational improvements that contribute to energy saving and the introduction of energy-saving equipment. In addition, we aim to realize a resource-recycling society with reduced environmental impact through 3R activities of resource reduce, reuse, and recycling, and water saving.

Social Initiatives

Social Initiatives

In collaboration with suppliers such as property management companles, we strive to improve tenant satisfaction (CS) and to build trusting relationships with external stakeholders through conducting mutually beneficial community activities with local residents, thereby contributing to the sustained development of local communities. We will also endeavor to widely disclose information on ESG initiatives to investors and other stakeholders.
